Leaving Athens behind, we cross mainland Greece and we make a short stop at the picturesque village of Arachova. While on the road, you will be provided with tools to take advantage of your time meaningfully and make it fly! Our screen will play a travel documentary that uncovers Greece in a very exciting and unique way.
From Arachova we head straight to Delphi, one of the most sacred and beautiful sites in Greece, the cultural and religious center of Ancient times referred to as the “Navel of Earth.” The Sanctuary of Delphi dates back to the 4th century BC and it is here where Pythia, the priestess who served as the Oracle was credited for prophecies inspired by the spirit of the god Apollo. She was without a doubt the most powerful woman of the classical world as she influenced the fate of states and individuals for 1000 years. Visit the Temple of Apollo, the Castallian Spring, the Ancient Stadium that hosted the Pythian Games, and follow the sacred way to the Athenian Treasury. Visit the Museum of Delphi, home to a unique bronze Charioteer, the Naxian Sphinx, the Statue of Antinous, and many other archaeological treasures. At the end of your visit to Delphi you will have the chance to transform into a Greek Warrior or Goddess, taking a photo to remember and share with your beloved ones.
Departing from Delphi, we make a stop at Chaeronea, the land of Plutarch. At the entrance of the village you will see a 6 meter tall marble statue of the Lion of Chaeronea. On our journey back to Athens, to close off our adventure, we will chill out to relaxing music, soaking in the experiences of the day.
